It takes a lot of people with a wide range of skills to keep BestStart humming.
We have four amazing regional management teams, within these are Business Managers and Professional Services Managers that care for and support centres to meet the learning needs of all ākonga and the needs of each community. It’s also their passion to support the learning and development of our teaching teams.
We have two national offices, in Tauranga and in Auckland, filled with dedicated and committed specialists to provide support to our centres. From marketing, and HR to payroll and IT we employ over 200 people in our support teams.
We also employ chefs, van-drivers and maintenance workers.
