ABC Waterview

ABC Waterview is a small education and childcare centre tucked away in a quiet residential area in Waterview, just off Great North Road. We provide quality early childhood education coupled with nurturing and care.

Our childcare and education programme

Infants and Toddlers

Our infant and toddler teachers support children in developing foundation skills and reaching their milestones. Our teachers will keep you updated on your child's progress, challenges and special moments. Our teachers build solid relationships with our babies because they know how important it is for ongoing development. Being a small centre, our older children have the opportunity to be part of this process, providing them with the opportunity to develop empathy with their younger peers.

Preschoolers

Our preschoolers benefit from our Be School Ready initiative which ensures children leave the centre as confident, capable learners, prepared for the next step in their education journey. Children experience many learning opportunities in games, art, music, mat time and various other activities that help develop their literacy, numeracy and understanding of the world around them. Children’s physical and gross motor skills are also challenged in our wonderful outdoor environment. Our children learn to share and relate to each other and are encouraged to take responsibility for their belongings and develop self-help skills to prepare them for school.
